NOTICE: New Memberships Are Currently Capped

Byron Hunters & Conservationists Circle takes pride in providing a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere for our members to enjoy shooting sports, archery, and time outdoors. To maintain this experience, we operate with a membership cap. Those interested in joining are welcome to add their names to our official waiting list.

How to Join

If you wish to become a member, simply fill out the short form at the bottom of this page. Your information will be securely added to our waiting list, and we will reach out when a spot becomes available. All membership rates and dues are handled individually and communicated upon acceptance.

Annual Membership

Once approved, annual members enjoy full access to all club facilities for an entire membership term, which runs from early February through the end of January each year. Family members living in the same household are included under one membership. Please note: day passes and short-term memberships are not offered to preserve the club’s commitment to member safety and security.

Renewals & PIN Activation

Each December, all current annual members receive a renewal notice and instructions to update their details. Upon renewal, access credentials remain valid for the coming year. Members who do not renew by the deadline automatically forfeit their spot, which is then offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Life Membership

For long-term members seeking a more permanent connection to the club, BSCC occasionally offers Life Memberships. This exclusive option is available to annual members in good standing who have maintained their membership for at least one full year. Arrangements and payments for Life Membership are managed individually and by mutual agreement with club leadership.

Fully paid life members are recognized with an engraved name plaque displayed proudly inside the clubhouse. Active Life Members continue to enjoy uninterrupted access by participating in club activities and staying engaged with the community.

Maintaining Active Status

Whether you’re an annual or life member, staying active helps keep the club thriving. Members are encouraged to volunteer, help with events, and contribute time or skills. We appreciate everyone who makes the club welcoming and safe for all.
