BSCC makes its facilities available to community organizations such as Scouts, 4-H, churches, law enforcement, shooting, and archery related groups, civic organizations, wedding receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, etc.

In order to qualify for the membership rate, the applicant must have been a member in good standing a minimum of one year prior to the date of the event.
